Absolutely not. All our empty leg flights operate under the same strict safety standards as our regular charters. The same aircraft, crew, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols apply. The only difference is the discounted price.

Empty legs typically become available 2-8 weeks before departure, though some may appear with just a few days' notice. We recommend subscribing to our empty leg alerts to receive immediate notifications when new opportunities arise.

Empty leg routes and schedules are fixed as they're determined by the aircraft's operational needs. However, minor timing adjustments (typically within 1-2 hours) may sometimes be possible for an additional fee.

While rare, cancellations can occur due to operational changes. In such cases, we'll immediately notify you and offer either a full refund or assistance in finding alternative arrangements. Our cancellation rate is less than 5%.
