Introduction
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions between Jetin ("Company", "we", or "us") and you regarding your participation in the Jetin Affiliate Program (the "Program").
By submitting an application to join the Program or by participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Key Definitions
- Affiliate: You, the participant in the Program
- Referral: A new customer who books through your unique affiliate link
- Commission: The percentage of net revenue paid to you for qualified bookings
- Qualified Booking: A completed flight booking that meets all Program requirements
Program Terms
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Program application. We may reject your application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- Primary Commission: 30% of net revenue from flights booked by your direct referrals
- Secondary Commission: 10% of net revenue from flights booked by affiliates you recruit (3-tier structure)
- Commission Period: Lifetime - continues for all future bookings by your referrals
3. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid 10 days after flight confirmation
- Our team will contact you via email when your commission is ready to be processed
- Minimum payout threshold: $500 for wire transfers, $100 for PayPal
- All payments subject to fraud verification and refund adjustments
- Booking requests will be marked as canceled after 3 days without client confirmation
4. Qualified Bookings
To qualify for commission, the booking must:
- Be made through your unique affiliate tracking link
- Result in a completed flight with full payment received
- Not be canceled or refunded within 30 days of the flight
- Not originate from your own account or immediate family members
Affiliate Obligations
1. Marketing Guidelines
You agree to:
- Accurately represent Jetin services without misleading claims
- Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines
- Not engage in spam, false advertising, or unethical marketing practices
- Not bid on Jetin-branded keywords in paid search campaigns
- Not use cookie-stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
2. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including:
- FTC Endorsement Guidelines
- CAN-SPAM Act
- GDPR and other privacy regulations
- Local business registration and tax laws
3. Intellectual Property
You may use Jetin trademarks and marketing materials only as expressly permitted. All goodwill from your use of Jetin trademarks inures to our benefit.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
Upon Termination:
- You must immediately cease using all Jetin intellectual property
- You will receive final payment for all qualified bookings prior to termination
- Any accrued payment obligations will survive termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and withhold unpaid commissions for violations of this Agreement.
General Provisions
1. Modifications
We may modify any terms of this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Limitation of Liability
Jetin will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement.
3. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
