Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Jetin ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jetin private jet charter services, website, mobile applications, and affiliate program (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Jetin Services

1. Private Jet Charter

Jetin provides private jet charter services through a network of certified aircraft operators. We act as a broker between clients and aircraft operators.

2. Affiliate Program

The Jetin Affiliate Program allows participants to earn commissions by referring new clients to our private jet charter services, subject to the separate Affiliate Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Affiliate Program Terms

Participation in the Jetin Affiliate Program is subject to these Terms and the additional terms outlined in the Affiliate Agreement.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid tax identification number
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be a competitor of Jetin or using the Program for competitive intelligence

2. Commission Structure

• 30% commission on net revenue from direct referrals
• 10% secondary commission from affiliates you recruit
• Commissions paid 10 days after flight confirmation
• Email notification sent when commissions are ready
• Minimum payout: $500 (wire) or $100 (PayPal)

3. Booking Policies

• Unconfirmed booking requests cancel after 3 days
• Only completed flights qualify for commissions
• No commissions for self-referrals or immediate family

Payments & Fees

1. Charter Payments

All private jet charter bookings require:

• Full payment prior to flight departure
• Acceptance of operator terms
• Payment of all applicable taxes and fees

2. Affiliate Commissions

• Paid 10 days after flight confirmation
• Processed via wire transfer or PayPal
• Subject to verification and fraud review
• Tax documentation required (W-9/W-8BEN)

3. Cancellations

Cancellation policies:

• >7 days notice: Full refund less fees
• 3-7 days notice: 50% forfeiture
• <72 hours notice: No refund

Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services is the property of Jetin or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

1. Permitted Use

We grant you a limited license to:

• Access and use our Services
• Use approved marketing materials as an affiliate
• Link to our site using your unique affiliate link

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify or create derivative works of our content
• Use trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer our Services

Termination

1. By You

You may stop using our Services at any time. Affiliates must submit termination requests in writing.

2. By Jetin

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law

General Provisions

1. Disclaimers

Services provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Content accuracy
• Specific results

2. Limitation of Liability

Jetin not liable for:

• Inability to use Services
• Unauthorized data access
• Third-party conduct

3. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of laws.
